I believe that contribution is the most important. If only one person contribute to the project, although the other teammates will not get any marks, the final product will not be ideal.

After the first IPW lesson, I learnt that leadership is very important. If there are no leader to lead the team, the team will "get lost" and nowhere.

After the first lesson on IPW, I learnt that team cooperation is also very important. If there are no cooperation amongst the team, it is very hard to deliver a good project.

After the end of the IPW lesson, I learnt that teamwork is the key to determine everything. The project will never be done well if the team does not have teamwork. As the leader, preparation will be utmost important and not forget the equal and reasonable distribution of work.
